Your Homecoming Itinerary

1. 06:00 AM - Private Pickup

We pick you up directly from your location in Accra. Settle into your air-conditioned vehicle. The 3.5-hour drive is a time to prepare your mind and spirit for the day ahead, all while we navigate the roads for you.

2. The Cleansing (Assin Manso)

We begin at the "Last Bath" (Donko Nsuo), a river sparkling with gold. This is where our ancestors took their final bath before being marched to the coast. Walking in the river serves as a spiritual cleansing to prepare you for your naming.

3. The Naming Ceremony

This is the highlight of your journey. You will be welcomed by traditional leaders (Chiefs/Elders). Through libations, they will invoke the ancestors to welcome you home. You will receive your True Soul Name (based on the day you were born) and a certificate of your new identity.

4. Celebration Lunch

We end the experience at a popular restaurant right on the water. Enjoy fresh local food, the sea breeze, and reflect on your new status as a true son or daughter of the soil.

5. Elmina Castle & Return

With your new name, you enter Elmina Castle. Walking through the dungeons and the "Door of No Return" feels different when you have already been welcomed back. We then drive you back to Accra, safe in the knowledge that you are returning as family.
